A First Information Report has been lodged against an aide of Telangana Chief Minister KTR for allegedly assaulting and obstructing Hyderabad police officers.
The Telangana Police have received a First Information Report alleging that an aide of Chief Minister K. T. Rama Rao assaulted and obstructed officers during a routine operation in Hyderabad. The complaint, filed on Tuesday, claims the aide struck a police officer and tried to block the police vehicle. Police officials say the aide was taken into custody and the case is under investigation. The Chief Minister’s office has yet to issue a formal statement regarding the incident.
