Election Commission sources said that no alterations, not even a comma, have been made to Form 6 following a remark by the Supreme Court regarding the voter registration form.
Election Commission sources told media that Form 6, the application for inclusion of names in the electoral roll, has not been altered in any way, stressing that even a comma remains unchanged.
The clarification was issued after the Supreme Court made an observation about Form 6 during a hearing on the accuracy of electoral rolls.
Officials said the statement aims to put to rest any speculation about modifications to the form, reiterating the commission's commitment to preserving the existing format.
