The latest installment of the Drishyam franchise has crossed the ₹1000 crore mark worldwide, earning more than the combined total of its first two films.
Drishyam 3, released on 12 February 2023, has amassed a worldwide gross of over ₹1000 crore, according to Koimoi. The figure eclipses the combined earnings of Drishyam (2015) and Drishyam 2 (2019), which together netted just under ₹900 crore. This milestone marks the franchise as one of the few Indian film series to cross the billion‑rupee threshold globally. Analysts note that the film's success reflects both the strong fan base of the series and the growing international appetite for Indian thrillers.
