Diwali Fair Held at BSF Campus in Khassa, Amritsar

The Border Security Force (BSF) set up a Diwali fair at its Khassa campus on the outskirts of Amritsar. The event, timed with the Hindu festival of lights, offered a range of stalls selling festive foods, sweets and handicrafts. Cultural performances by local artists were scheduled throughout the day, providing entertainment for BSF personnel and their families. Organisers said the fair aims to foster community spirit and celebrate the occasion in a secure environment. The campus remained open to the public for the duration of the fair, adhering to standard security protocols.
