Debut Film 'Reporting Live' Climbs to No. 6 Worldwide on Netflix, No. 2 in India

Dhruv Tripathi’s debut feature film, 'Reporting Live', starring Parineeti Chopra, has surged into Netflix’s top 10 worldwide, securing the sixth spot globally and the second position in India. The film, released on the streaming platform in late 2023, follows a journalist’s investigation into a high‑profile murder case. Its rapid climb reflects strong viewer engagement and positive word‑of‑mouth across the country. Industry observers note that a debut director achieving such a ranking is rare, highlighting Tripathi’s narrative skill and Chopra’s star power. The streaming service’s global charts now list 'Reporting Live' alongside international blockbusters, underscoring its crossover appeal.
