The Malayalam thriller Drishyam: The Conclusion has crossed the ₹313 crore mark in worldwide box office collections, marking a significant commercial success.
The Malayalam film Drishyam: The Conclusion has reported worldwide box office earnings exceeding ₹313 crore, according to figures released by The CSR Journal. The sequel, directed by Jeethu Joseph, follows the story of the original 2015 hit Drishyam and continues the narrative of its central characters.
The film’s earnings place it among the highest‑grossing Malayalam releases of all time, surpassing the previous record held by its predecessor. The robust performance reflects sustained audience interest in the franchise and the film’s wide theatrical reach across India and overseas markets.
Industry analysts note that the collection figure includes both domestic and international receipts, underscoring the film’s global appeal. The success has also bolstered the financial standing of the production house and its distributors, who have benefited from the strong box office run.
While the exact breakdown of earnings by region has not been disclosed, the overall figure demonstrates the commercial viability of Malayalam cinema on the world stage. The film’s achievement is expected to influence future projects within the regional industry.
The CSR Journal’s report confirms that Drishyam: The Conclusion has achieved a milestone that few Indian films have reached, highlighting the growing influence of regional cinema in the national market.
