Daily Decoration of Mata's Chauki at Shri Kali Devi Temple During Navratri in Patiala

Patiala's Shri Kali Devi Temple has begun a daily ritual of decorating the goddess's chauki as part of its Navratri celebrations. The temple staff and volunteers arrange fresh flowers, lamps and traditional ornaments each evening, creating a vibrant tableau for worshippers. Devotees gather to offer prayers at the illuminated altar, marking the nine nights dedicated to the divine feminine. The continuous embellishment underscores the community's reverence and the cultural significance of Navratri in Punjab. Temple authorities said the daily setup will continue throughout the festival, fostering a sense of continuity and devotion among attendees.
