Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan warned that a so‑called ‘regime change gang’ is spreading false narratives, and urged citizens to remain confident in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan publicly denounced a group he described as a “regime change gang”, accusing it of circulating misleading stories aimed at destabilising the government. In a press briefing, he emphasized that such false narratives would not sway the public, whose confidence in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership remains strong.
Chouhan reiterated that the nation’s development agenda is anchored in continuity and that any attempts to create a perception of crisis are deliberately engineered. He called on citizens to reject sensationalist claims and to focus on the government’s ongoing welfare programmes.
The CM’s remarks come amid heightened political rhetoric ahead of upcoming electoral cycles, underscoring the ruling party’s strategy to counter opposition criticism by framing it as a coordinated “regime change” effort.
