The state government has announced a suspension of the upcoming teacher recruitment examination in Chhattisgarh, citing pending administrative clearances.
The Chhattisgarh government issued a notice that the scheduled teacher recruitment exam will not be conducted as planned. The decision was communicated through official channels on Monday, halting the process that was set to begin next week.
Authorities said the postponement is necessary to complete pending administrative clearances and to address logistical concerns raised by the education department. No specific timeline for a new exam date has been provided.
Candidates who have already applied are advised to monitor the official recruitment portal for updates. The suspension is expected to affect thousands of aspirants awaiting entry into the state’s public school system.
The department has assured that once the required approvals are secured, a revised schedule will be announced promptly, ensuring transparency and fairness in the selection process.
