Police in Mohali district received a report that a tractor-trolley was stolen from a farm in Dera Bassi on Tuesday morning. The incident was captured by a closed‑circuit television (CCTV) system installed near the storage area, which recorded two individuals loading the vehicle onto a small truck.
Investigators have retrieved the video and are using the footage to identify the suspects. The authorities have also reviewed nearby cameras to trace the route taken by the thieves after the theft.
No injuries were reported, and the stolen tractor‑trolley, valued at approximately INR 1.2 lakh, has not yet been recovered. The police have appealed to the public for any information that could assist in locating the vehicle and apprehending the culprits.
