Bihar: Two sisters allegedly gang-raped after being lured to a remote location

Two sisters in Bihar's Naubatpur have alleged they were gang-raped after being invited to a function under the pretext of a dance booking. A case has been registered against 10 individuals based on the victims' statements.

A disturbing incident has come to light in Naubatpur, Patna, where two sisters have accused a group of men of gang-raping them. The victims were reportedly lured to a remote location under the guise of a dance performance at a Tilak ceremony.

According to the police, the sisters were invited to the function for a dance program. However, once they reached the venue, they were allegedly taken to a secluded spot and subjected to sexual assault. The victims managed to escape and raise an alarm, leading to the filing of a case.

Based on the statements provided by the victims, the police have registered a case against 10 unidentified individuals. Investigations are currently underway to apprehend the accused and bring them to justice.
