A recent incident in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, has come to light where the son of the state's Tourism Minister, Kedar Prasad Gupta, was targeted by extortionists. The minister's son, Krishn Murari Kumar, received a threatening message on WhatsApp, demanding 50 lakh rupees. The message claimed to be from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and warned of severe consequences if the money was not paid. The police have taken swift action, arresting three individuals in connection with the case.
