Bihar Drowning: 10-Year-Old Dies in Ditch in Darbhanga

A tragic incident occurred in Darbhanga's Alinagar police station area where a 10-year-old boy drowned in a water-filled ditch dug by a JCB machine. Another child is undergoing treatment.
Tragedy struck in the Hanuman Nagar village of Darbhanga district, Bihar, when four children ventured into a water-filled ditch created by a JCB machine for a bath.
During the incident, two of the children began to drown. Despite efforts, 10-year-old Satyam Kumar could not be saved and was declared dead.
The other child, 11-year-old Shivam Kumar, who was also in distress, is currently receiving medical treatment at DMCH (Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital). Further details on the condition of Shivam Kumar are awaited.
