Bihar CM Samrat Chaudhary conducts aerial survey as Nepal floods raise threat

Heavy monsoon rains in Nepal have caused rivers to swell, raising concerns that floodwaters could cross into Bihar's northern districts. The state government, led by Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, responded by dispatching aircraft to conduct an aerial reconnaissance of the affected areas.
