Bihar Board Extends Online Application Deadline for Class 10 & 12 Exams to Sept 30

The Bihar School Examination Board has pushed back the last date for submitting online application forms and fees for the 2027 Class 10 and Class 12 annual exams to September 30, giving schools additional time to complete the process.
The Bihar School Examination Board announced that the deadline for online registration and fee payment for the 2027 Class 10 and Class 12 annual examinations has been extended to 30 September. The previous cut‑off, set for early September, was deemed insufficient for many schools to complete the required paperwork.
Under the revised schedule, all affiliated schools must ensure that eligible students finish the application process by the new deadline. The board indicated that the extension is intended to accommodate schools facing administrative delays and to reduce last‑minute complications for students.
The board’s digital portal will remain operational until the revised date, allowing candidates to upload documents, select subjects and pay the prescribed fees electronically. Officials have reminded schools to verify the accuracy of entered data to avoid future discrepancies.
While the extended deadline provides breathing room, the board has cautioned that the examination timetable and result declaration dates will continue as previously announced. Further instructions will be communicated through official channels and the board’s website.
