The cancer radiation unit at Hamidia Hospital in Bhopal is ready to provide modern treatment to patients. However, the unit's operations are stalled due to a lack of budget allocation. According to Dr. Kavita Singh, Dean of Gandhi Medical College, the unit is fully prepared and will be operational as soon as the budget is allocated. The hospital receives around 1500 cancer patients every month, highlighting the need for the unit to start functioning as soon as possible.
