The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has confirmed that Indian cricketers will not be provided five-star accommodation during the upcoming Asian Games. The decision was communicated by the board ahead of the tournament.
BCCI issued a statement confirming that the Indian cricket team will not receive five-star lodging at the Asian Games. The board said the arrangement is in line with the overall travel and accommodation plan for the contingent.
The lodging will be provided according to the standards set by the Asian Games organizing committee, as stated by BCCI officials.
