Police Seize 35 Boxes of Illegal Explosives Hidden in Straw in Sagar

Police officers carried out a raid in the city of Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, and recovered 30 to 35 cartons of illicit explosives. The weapons had been hidden in a large pile of straw, a tactic used to conceal the stash from detection. The seized material includes high‑yield explosives that could pose a serious threat if used unlawfully. Investigators are now tracing the supply chain and identifying the individuals responsible for the procurement and storage of the contraband. The operation is part of a broader effort to curb the illegal trafficking of explosive materials across the state.
