Singer‑songwriter Barry Manilow has called off his scheduled Las Vegas performances after being diagnosed with bronchitis, the India Gazette reports.
International pop icon Barry Manilow was forced to cancel his upcoming Las Vegas engagements after doctors confirmed he is suffering from bronchitis. The illness, which inflames the bronchial tubes and hampers breathing, prompted his medical team to advise rest and avoidance of strenuous vocal activity.
Manilow’s management issued a brief statement confirming the cancellation and expressing regret to fans who had purchased tickets for the shows. No new dates have been announced, and ticket holders will be contacted regarding refunds or rebooking options.
The cancellation comes as the 80‑year‑old performer was slated to headline a series of concerts at a prominent Las Vegas venue later this month. Fans are encouraged to follow official channels for updates on future performances once his health improves.
