During the session, Arvind Kejriwal was unanimously re‑appointed as the party’s national convenor. The decision was ratified after the approval of 330 council members, reflecting broad internal consensus.
In addition to confirming Kejriwal’s role, the council approved the formation of a 23‑member executive committee tasked with overseeing day‑to‑day operations and strategic planning for the party ahead of upcoming electoral battles.
The newly constituted committee includes senior party functionaries and is expected to coordinate policy formulation, campaign management and liaison with state units.
