Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister expressed deep sympathy for residents affected by recent floods in Assam, urging support and cooperation.
Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has publicly voiced his solidarity with residents of Assam who are grappling with the aftermath of severe flooding.
The floods, which have inundated large swaths of the Brahmaputra valley, have displaced thousands and disrupted livelihoods.
In a statement released on social media, Khandu urged citizens, NGOs and government bodies to extend aid and resources to the affected communities.
He also highlighted the need for inter‑state coordination to ensure timely relief and reconstruction efforts.
The CM’s remarks come as both states prepare to mobilize emergency response teams and seek additional funding from the central government.
