AISF Manipur rallies demanding justice for Khongban Sunurok attack

Manipur's branch of the All India Students' Federation (AISF) held a public rally to press authorities for accountability in the Khongban Sunurok attack. Participants gathered at a central location, chanting slogans and displaying placards that demanded a thorough investigation and prompt legal action. The rally underscored the students' frustration over what they described as a delayed response from law‑enforcement agencies. Organisers urged the state government and police to expedite the probe and ensure that those responsible are brought to trial. The demonstration reflects growing civil society pressure in the region to address violent incidents swiftly.
