The film 'Prahaar' starring Rajkummar Rao reached a worldwide gross of ₹1,200 crore on its fourth day, marking a post‑COVID box‑office milestone.
The Bollywood drama 'Prahaar', headlined by Rajkummar Rao, reported a cumulative worldwide collection of ₹1,200 crore on its fourth day of release. The figure, compiled from domestic and overseas markets, places the film among the few Indian titles to breach the ₹1,200‑crore threshold so early in its run.
Industry analysts note that the achievement is significant in the post‑COVID era, when theatrical footfall has been volatile. 'Prahaar' joins an exclusive club of post‑pandemic releases that have crossed the twelve‑billion‑rupee mark, underscoring a resurgence of audience confidence in cinema halls.
Producers and distributors have welcomed the numbers as a positive signal for upcoming releases, suggesting that strong star power combined with wide‑scale distribution can still drive blockbuster earnings. The film is slated to continue its theatrical run for several weeks, with expectations of further growth in both domestic and international territories.
