More than 500 drones performed a synchronized light show over Jaipur's Janpath, creating images of the Ram Temple, Lord Ganesh, Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Krishna and rangoli during the small Diwali celebration.
Jaipur witnessed an unprecedented aerial display on the occasion of Small Diwali, when over 500 drones were programmed to fly in formation over Janpath near the Amar Jawan Jyoti monument. The coordinated manoeuvre painted the night sky with recognizable silhouettes of the Ram Temple, Lord Ganesh, Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Krishna and traditional rangoli patterns.
Organisers described the event as the first large‑scale drone light show in the city, aiming to blend modern technology with cultural symbolism. The display lasted several minutes, with the drones moving in precise sequences to form each figure before transitioning to the next.
Local residents and visitors gathered along the boulevard to watch the spectacle, which was highlighted by the presence of the national war memorial backdrop. Authorities reported that safety protocols were strictly followed, and no incidents were recorded during the performance.
The show underscores Jaipur's growing interest in using cutting‑edge visual technology for festive celebrations, positioning the city alongside other Indian metros that have hosted similar drone exhibitions.
