All 122 BSAP-13 soldiers from Darbhanga fell ill suddenly and were admitted to Darbhanga Medical College Hospital; after treatment 117 have been released while five remain under medical observation.
Darbhanga witnessed an unexpected health incident when 122 personnel of the Bihar State Armed Police (BSAP) 13th battalion reported a sudden deterioration in their condition. The soldiers were promptly transferred to Darbhanga Medical College Hospital (DMCH) for emergency care.
Medical teams at DMCH attended to the entire group, providing necessary investigations and treatment. After a period of observation, 117 of the soldiers were declared fit and discharged from the hospital.
Five soldiers, however, continue to remain under close medical supervision as their conditions require further monitoring. Hospital officials confirmed that the patients are receiving appropriate care and that the situation is being closely watched.
