A tragic incident occurred in Varanasi when a young man from Bihar lost his life while bathing in the Ganga. The deceased, Manoj Sharma, was a resident of Kunar Toli village in Saran district. He had traveled to Varanasi with his friends to visit the Kashi Vishwanath temple and offer prayers. The group had gone to take a bath in the Ganga, but Manoj accidentally drowned. His death has cast a pall of gloom over his village.
