An appalling incident has come to light from Kharparas village in the Rajgarh district of Madhya Pradesh. A young man was subjected to extreme brutality on the suspicion of goat theft.
According to initial reports, the victim was allegedly tied to a tractor-trolley and beaten mercilessly by villagers. The assault reportedly included branding the youth with a hot wire, causing him immense pain.
The horrific act, which occurred in full view of the community, has raised serious questions about law and order and public vigilantism in the area.
