Youth Beaten in Chhindwara

A disturbing incident of violence and humiliation has been reported from Chhindwara's Ikharha village. Three youths were allegedly beaten by locals who suspected them of theft. The victims were not only physically assaulted but also forced to wear a bundle of wires around their necks.
