Worker Dies After Soil Collapse in Sikar Sewer Work Pit

A 22-year-old labourer died in Sikar after being trapped in a 30-foot-deep pit during sewer line installation. He was rescued by coworkers but succumbed to injuries at hospital.
The incident occurred in the Yojana Nagar area of Sikar while workers were engaged in laying a sewer pipeline.
Sudden soil caved in, creating a roughly 30-foot-deep pit that trapped a 22-year-old labourer.
Fellow workers extracted him from the pit and rushed him to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.
