Woman Scammed Over Fake TV Serial Job, Asked to Deposit ₹50,000

The scammer promised her a role in exchange for a ₹50,000 advance payment, which the victim transferred to a bank account provided by the conman. The victim was later left with no job offer and no money back. Police have been notified and are investigating the case under the cybercrime and fraud provisions.
