A woman was stopped by railway police on a Bihar passenger train after officials discovered she was carrying around 75 litres of liquor in the AC first‑class coach. The woman was also found travelling without a valid ticket, prompting immediate action by the on‑board security team.
The seized liquor was confiscated and the woman was taken to the nearest railway police station for questioning. Transport regulations prohibit the carriage of large quantities of alcohol on trains, and travelling without a ticket is a separate offence under railway law.
