Thirty‑three‑year‑old Pullamoni Radhika was riding her motorcycle to work when a car failed to notice a speed‑breaker and collided with her from behind. The impact caused severe head and facial injuries, and she was rushed to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead. The driver of the car did not stop; instead, he fled the scene.
