Vidisha Floods: Betwa River Swells

The district of Vidisha in Madhya Pradesh is facing a severe flood threat due to the swelling of the Betwa River. The river has overflowed its banks, submerging roads and low-lying areas. The Vidisha-Basoda road has been closed due to the rising water level. Rescue operations are being carried out in the affected areas to evacuate people to safer locations. The district administration has issued orders for all officials to be present at the headquarters to monitor the situation.
