Kerala Minister VD Satheesan spoke on Thursday at a press conference in Thiruvananthapuram, calling for a comprehensive overhaul of the state's economic framework. He argued that Kerala’s growth has stalled and that the state must adopt reforms similar to those introduced by former Finance Minister Manmohan Singh to regain competitiveness.
