Uttarakhand CM Dhami, Rajnath Singh, Yogi Adityanath Attend Idol Installation at Gurudev Samadhi Temple

The Gurudev Samadhi Temple held a solemn idol installation ceremony on Sunday, drawing a large crowd of devotees and political dignitaries. Chief Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' of Uttarakhand, Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath were present to witness the event. The new idol, representing the revered saint Gurudev, was placed in the temple’s sanctum following a traditional puja conducted by the temple priests.

The ceremony was marked by a series of prayers and a brief speech by CM Dhami, who praised the temple’s spiritual significance and the unity of the three leaders. Rajnath Singh highlighted the importance of preserving cultural heritage, while Yogi Adityanath emphasized the role of faith in fostering social harmony.

The installation is expected to boost pilgrimage activity in the region, with officials stating that the temple will accommodate more visitors in the coming months. Local authorities have assured that necessary arrangements for crowd management and security will be in place for future events.
