Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami flagged off four mountaineering expeditions organized by the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM). The ceremonies marked the official launch of the teams heading for various high‑altitude peaks.
Speaking at the event, Dhami lauded the climbers for their courage, determination and spirit of adventure. He said their success reflects the rigorous training and preparation imparted by NIM.
The Chief Minister added that such expeditions inspire the youth of the state to take up challenging sports and contribute to Uttarakhand’s growing reputation in mountaineering circles.
All four teams have successfully completed their respective missions, and the CM congratulated them on their achievement, urging continued support for adventure initiatives in the region.
