Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday emphasized that public officials must ensure citizens are not left directionless, likening the situation to the chaotic bureaucracy depicted in the popular Hindi sitcom "Office-Office".
Speaking at a press conference in Lucknow, the CM said government employees should proactively address people's problems rather than making them wander from one office to another, as often shown in the comedy series.
He urged all departments to adopt a citizen‑centric approach, promising stricter monitoring of service delivery and accountability measures to improve governance across the state.
