Ujjain will train its police personnel in safe snake rescue. The decision was made during the inspection of the under-construction Snake Park.
The city of Ujjain is set to become a hub for snake rescue and conservation. During a recent inspection of the under-construction Snake Park, the Chief Minister, Dr. Mohan Yadav, directed that two police personnel and home guard jawans from each police station be trained in safe snake rescue. This move aims to make Ujjain a 'Snake Friendly City'. The training will enable the police to handle snake rescue operations efficiently and safely. The initiative is expected to raise awareness about snake conservation and promote a safe coexistence between humans and snakes.
