Ujjain Sisters Tie Rakhis To Soldiers

Two sisters from Ujjain are on a mission to tie rakhis to soldiers from Rajouri to Kargil. They were inspired by their visit to the Wagah border 20 years ago.
The sisters were moved by the sight of soldiers with bare wrists during the Raksha Bandhan festival at the Wagah border 20 years ago. They decided to take it upon themselves to ensure that the soldiers' wrists are not bare during the festival. The sisters will travel from Rajouri to Kargil to tie rakhis to the soldiers and offer them a sweet treat. This gesture is a small token of appreciation for the soldiers who risk their lives to protect the nation.
