Udhayanidhi Stalin, former Deputy Chief Minister, slammed the TVK-led Tamil Nadu government, accusing Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay of failing to tackle widespread power cuts and rising prices.

Udhayanidhi Stalin, a senior leader of the DMK and former Deputy Chief Minister, publicly accused the current Tamil Nadu government, led by Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay, of neglecting critical issues such as persistent power cuts and escalating consumer prices.

In a statement released earlier today, Stalin described Vijay’s administration as "uncivilised" and "dummy," claiming that the state has never witnessed such a lack of responsiveness from its chief executive.

The DMK leader cited widespread complaints from residents across Tamil Nadu, where frequent electricity outages have disrupted daily life and businesses, and rising prices have strained household budgets.

Stalin’s remarks come amid growing public frustration over the state’s inability to provide reliable power supply and control inflation, prompting calls for immediate action from opposition parties.

The Tamil Nadu government has yet to respond to the accusations, but the criticism is expected to intensify the political debate ahead of upcoming elections.
