Police stopped two men at Indore airport who were about to board a flight with a missing woman from Jobat, and have placed them in custody.
A missing young woman from Jobat, Madhya Pradesh, was reportedly being taken to Mumbai by two men. The trio had booked tickets and completed boarding procedures at Indore airport, but police intervened near the aerobridge before they could board the aircraft.
Law enforcement officials detained both men for questioning, citing concerns that the case might involve a "love jihad" angle. The suspects were handed over to the local police station for further investigation.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have not released additional details about the woman's whereabouts or the exact motives of the two men.
