Alwar district officials reported that a disagreement over ownership of a house plot in the village of Tolaar escalated into a physical altercation between two brothers who share a close blood relationship. The confrontation turned violent, resulting in multiple injuries.
Among those hurt was a woman who is three months pregnant, along with several other villagers who were caught in the melee. Local witnesses said the fight involved stone‑throwing and blunt‑object assaults before police arrived.
The injured parties have lodged a formal complaint, urging the Alwar police to register a case and pursue legal action against the perpetrators. Authorities said they would investigate the matter based on the complaint and take appropriate steps under the law.
Police spokespersons confirmed that a First Information Report (FIR) would be filed and that the accused brothers could face charges related to assault and endangering the life of a pregnant woman.
