TVK Aligns with INDIA Alliance, Pauses Support for Vijay as PM Candidate

TVK, a senior figure in national politics, announced today that he has joined the INDIA coalition, a broad alliance of opposition parties. The move comes after weeks of speculation about his alignment and is seen as a strategic shift ahead of the upcoming elections. In a statement released by his office, TVK said he would pause his earlier support for Vijay in the prime ministerial contest, citing the need to consolidate the coalition’s position. Party leaders across the alliance welcomed the decision, emphasizing unity and collective strategy. Analysts note that TVK’s entry could strengthen INDIA’s bargaining power and broaden its appeal among voters seeking an alternative to the ruling party.
