A high‑speed truck struck a family’s motorcycle on the return leg from a Shiv darshan in Tikamgarh district on the first Monday of Sawan. The collision occurred on a busy road, sending the bike into the path of the truck. An 11‑year‑old boy riding with the family was killed, while three other members suffered serious injuries.
The deceased was a child from the local community, and the injured adults were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment. Witnesses reported that the truck was moving at a speed that made it difficult to avoid the collision.
