The film ‘Toxic’ saw its earnings drop by 64% on the second day after poor reviews, taking its worldwide total to ₹137 crore.
The recently released film “Toxic” experienced a sharp decline in box‑office receipts on its second day, with earnings falling 64 per cent compared with the opening day.
Industry analysts attribute the steep drop to a wave of negative reviews that began circulating after the premiere, dampening audience enthusiasm.
Despite the setback, the movie’s cumulative worldwide collection has crossed the ₹137 crore mark, reflecting a strong opening but highlighting the volatility of audience response.
