In Udaipur, Tripura, a TMP candidate was shot and the Superintendent of Police sustained injuries during rising tensions. The vehicle of the SDPO was also vandalised.
The incident took place in Udaipur city of Tripura where political tensions escalated. A candidate from the TMP party suffered gunshot wounds during the unrest. The Superintendent of Police on duty was also injured in the same episode. Additionally, the car belonging to the SDPO was found vandalised by the crowd.
