Three Arrested After E‑Rickshaw Driver Robbed and Attacked in Bathinda

Three men were taken into custody after they robbed an e‑rickshaw driver, stole his wallet and phone, and assaulted him with a rod in a deserted area of Bathinda.
Three suspects were arrested by Bathinda police after a violent robbery of an e‑rickshaw driver on a deserted stretch of road.
The accused allegedly snatched the driver’s wallet, mobile phone and other belongings, then tried to seize the vehicle. When the driver shouted for help, the men fled.
Later, the driver was found beaten with a rod. Police recovered the stolen items and detained the three men on charges of robbery, assault and attempted vehicle theft.
