Telangana has launched a unified emergency helpline, 112, to provide swift assistance to citizens in distress. This service aims to streamline emergency responses across the state.
The Telangana government has introduced a unified emergency helpline, 112, to cater to the needs of its citizens during emergencies. This move is expected to enhance the state's emergency response system, providing citizens with a single point of contact for all emergency services. By dialing 112, individuals can seek assistance from the police, fire department, or ambulance services, among others. The integration of these services under a single helpline is anticipated to reduce response times and improve the overall efficiency of emergency operations in the state.
