Telangana Launches Single Screening Committee for Assistant Professor Recruitment

The Telangana government has introduced a new framework for hiring assistant professors, establishing a single screening committee to handle all applications. The committee will review and shortlist candidates before forwarding them to the final selection panel. This change aims to cut down the time taken for recruitment and enhance transparency in the process. The committee will operate under guidelines issued by the state education department, ensuring uniform standards across all institutions.
