Actress Tanushree Dutta posted a message wishing severe torment for a deceased actor’s soul and directed a ‘Burn in Hell’ remark at veteran star Nana Patekar, the entertainment portal Woman’s Era reported.
Veteran Bollywood actress Tanushree Dutta used her social media platform to issue a stark warning, saying she wishes the worst torments and tortures upon the soul of a late actor. In the same post she added a direct rebuke to fellow actor Nana Patekar, writing ‘Burn in Hell, Nana Patekar’. The statements were first reported by the entertainment magazine Woman’s Era.
The post, which quickly attracted attention online, did not specify the identity of the deceased actor, focusing instead on the harsh language directed at Patekar. Dutta’s remarks appear to be part of a broader pattern of outspoken comments she has made in recent years concerning the film industry’s power dynamics.
As of now, neither Nana Patekar nor his representatives have issued a public response. Media analysts note that such incendiary statements often spark debate about decorum and freedom of expression among Indian celebrities, but no legal action has been reported.
